Forex Truck EA Review MT4/MT5

Not Recommended MT4/MT5 USDCAD + up to 3 pairs From $349 Verified 15 Oct 2026

The Bottom Line

The Robotic Trader rates Forex Truck Not Recommended because the live account its own sales page displays, verified by Myfxbook, lost $9,001.30 of a $9,005.89 balance in June 2026: as the price moved against it, the EA kept adding USDCAD sells at worse prices, from 0.17 and 0.10 lots up to 8.77, and when those trades closed on 23–24 June, together with two GBPUSD buys, the account was left with $4.59.

The strongest case for it is real. A second account linked from the sales page, trading EURGBP, turned a $1,000 deposit into $5,901.67 of profit between November 2022 and December 2024, and its whole balance was withdrawn. But it ran the same averaging pattern: its worst closed balance was 25.02% down, and with trades still open Myfxbook recorded an 82.09% drawdown.

What the record shows overall. All three Forex Truck accounts we could identify add trades against the market with sharply rising size. Two of them ended within a few dollars of zero, and on those two the profit factor is below 1.0 (0.92 and 0.98, our calculation): over their lives they lost more than they made. The sales page still says the EA has "a reliable system for limiting drawdowns" and, explaining the closed FXOpen accounts, that "The EA continues to perform well".

What would change this verdict is set out in the disclosures below.

Methodology
ⓘ

Evaluation Methodology

We assessed Forex Truck on its live record, under Track 1 of our methodology. We read the three real-money Myfxbook accounts the seller links: two from forextruck.com and a third from the ForexStore product page. We pulled each account's complete closed-trade history and reconciled it with Myfxbook's own totals, and grouped trades opened in the same direction and closed together.

We also read the vendor's sales page and terms, the ForexStore product page, FXOpen's notice on closing its STP accounts, a copy of the user manual, and Trustpilot, and searched for an affiliate programme and a prop-firm claim (none found on the pages searched).

Note: figures were read on 15 October 2026 and are a dated snapshot, not a live feed. Each Myfxbook drawdown figure is the highest of three measures Myfxbook keeps (equity at the end of each day, equity at each account update, and growth drawdown), so a dip between observations may not show. Win rate, average win and loss, and profit factor marked "our calculation" are from the closed-trade histories. Equity drawdown during open trades was not measured, and we did not test the EA ourselves.

How the EA Trades — What the Histories Show

All three histories show the same pattern. When the price moves against an open trade, the EA opens more trades in the same direction at worse prices, often about 50 pips apart, with sizes rising sharply; the trades close together when the combined position reaches its target, or at a loss. It is not a strict doubling: the steps vary.

Each larger trade moves the average entry price closer to the market, so a small bounce closes everything in profit, which is why the record shows many small wins. But the total position keeps growing, so a move that does not bounce produces a loss far bigger than the wins. In this review a "sequence" means trades added in one direction until they close; a "group" means trades that closed at the same moment.

The sales-page account, June 2026USDCAD sells of 0.17, 0.10, 0.59, 1.65, 2.09 and 8.77 lots at 1.3905, 1.3955, 1.40056, 1.40558, 1.41058 and 1.41557, opened 5–19 June; closed 23–24 June with two GBPUSD buys, for −$9,001.30. The account went from $9,005.89 to $4.59. At 8.77 lots, the largest trade alone was about $877,000 of US dollars against the Canadian dollar, so each 1-pip move was worth roughly $60 on an account of about $9,000
The same account, September – October 2025USDCAD sells of 0.08, 0.08, 0.42, 1.41 and 5.39 lots at 1.37935 to 1.40182, held for 36.5 days, closed together for +$498.66. This is the same pattern working: the price came back before the account ran out
ForexTruck (FXOpen), December 2024USDCAD sells of 0.48, 0.49, 0.81, 3.78, 7.21 and 13.66 lots at 1.40537 to 1.43032, opened 5–17 December; closed 18 December 2024 between 21:00 and 21:05 for −$17,747.25, leaving $8.88. Two months earlier, on the same account, a six-trade sell group of 0.30 to 7.79 lots closed for −$9,018.93, 37.7% of the $23,894.40 balance before it closed
How fast sizes riseFrom one trade to the next, the steepest steps in the sequences above were 0.10 to 0.59 lots (5.9×) and 0.81 to 3.78 (4.7×). Across a whole group, the biggest trade was 32.6 times the smallest on the FXOpen ForexTruck account, 54.3 times on the EURGBP account, and 67.4 times on the verified account (the September 2025 group that closed in profit). The June 2026 sequence ran from 0.10 to 8.77 lots, 87.7 times, but closed in parts, so it is several groups
Opposite positions at onceOn all three accounts the EA often opened a trade while one in the other direction on the same pair was still open: 491 trades on the FXOpen ForexTruck account, 182 on the EURGBP account and 240 on the verified account

This is averaging with rising size, which our methodology treats as a recovery strategy: trades added at worse prices, with larger size, to win back a loss. The sales page describes a second "block" that "comes into operation only if the situation for the first one looks difficult to fix" and opens additional orders "with a small increase of lot sizes"; the page does not use the words martingale, grid or averaging.

How Long Losses Stayed Open

We publish the longest positions because averages hide the ones that matter.

Longest positionA group counts as one position from its first entry to its close. Longest: 36.5 days (the verified account, September – October 2025, closed in profit); 27.7 days on EURGBP; 21.0 days on the FXOpen ForexTruck account
Longest open drawdownNot established: we did not read an equity series
Open at our checkNone: both losing accounts are flat ($4.59 and $8.88), and the EURGBP account was emptied by withdrawal
Against the 90-day ruleNo position stayed open 90 days. How long the accounts sat in open loss was not measured. This rule only blocks a Recommended rating, so it does not change this verdict

What the Sales Page Says, and What the Record Shows

Quoted from the vendor's sales page, read on 15 October 2026.

"we have implemented a reliable system for limiting drawdowns, which will ensure the safety of your funds, and in case of failure, will not allow you to lose more than you were ready to"Myfxbook records a drawdown of 99.99% on the account this page displays, and 99.96% on the older account the seller links from its ForexStore page. The settings those accounts ran are not stated
"These orders could be opened by the EA with a small increase of lot sizes"In the June 2026 sequence on the displayed account, sizes rose from 0.10 to 8.77 lots; single steps reached 0.10 to 0.59 and, on the FXOpen ForexTruck account, 0.81 to 3.78 lots
"That is a real money account and all the results have been verified by the independent company Myfxbook."The USDCAD/EURGBP/GBPUSD account is real and track-record verified, and its verified record ends at $4.59. The EURGBP account the page also links is not track-record verified
"it is clear that all funds have been withdrawn, not lost. The EA continues to perform well." (of the FXOpen accounts)True of the EURGBP account, whose balance was withdrawn. The older FXOpen account the seller links on ForexStore lost $17,747.25 on 18 December 2024 and holds $8.88. The verified account on the same page ended at $4.59 in June 2026 and has not traded since
"any broker will do"All three accounts held buy and sell trades open on the same pair at the same time. US retail forex accounts at NFA-member dealers cannot hold offsetting positions and must close first-in, first-out (NFA Compliance Rule 2-43); whether this EA can run there depends on the manual's "NFA" setting, which we have not tested
BacktestsThe page also shows backtests, labelled as such, of up to "$377 991 626 from just $2000". We do not assess backtests and have not checked these

Price and Licence Terms

Forex Truck$349. forextruck.com sells it as trading USDCAD, EURGBP and GBPUSD; the ForexStore product page sells the $349 version as "EA trades on USDCAD"
Forex Truck Turbo$539: USDCAD, EURGBP, GBPUSD and EURUSD on both pages
Which version the accounts ranNot stated. ForexStore labels the EURGBP account "ForexTruck TURBO EURGBP"
PlatformMT4 and MT5; all three published accounts are MT4, so there is no MT5 live record. One lifetime licence, "Unlimited possibility to change account numbers"
LicenceLimited to account balances of "no more than $300,000"; publishing the EA's signals on any website or service is prohibited (terms)
SettingsThe user manual describes a "RiskLimit" setting, "a part of your deposit (in percentage) which the EA will use for trading", and says "We recommend to set the risk up to 30% (RiskLimit=30)" and "For trading with the recommended 30% risk, your deposit should be $970 (or higher)"; a "Drawdown Control" setting that, if "false", "deletes all StopLosses and stops limiting a drawdown"; and an "NFA" setting (below). The copy we read is hosted on a third-party site and undated; it names [email protected]
Minimum depositNone stated on forextruck.com. The manual says "The minimum deposit which is required for the EA ($290) equals to 100% risk", and a 2020 review on the ForexStore page gives "Minimal deposit: $290-970"
Money-back guaranteeTwo routes in the terms. "We provide a full money-back guarantee during the first 30 days after purchasing. If our EA doesn't work properly on your account, and we cannot do anything about it, we will return your money." And "If a drawdown on your account exceeds 35%, we will also initiate a refund process", "on condition that you have used our recommended settings and provided proofs of that". The terms do not say whether the second route is limited to 30 days, or how to claim. We read both as a refund of the licence fee, not trading losses
SellerForex Truck, "Powered by Forexstore.com"; the ForexStore footer reads "© 2017 - 2026 FXS Company". No company address or jurisdiction is stated on the pages we read
US brokers (FIFO, no hedging)Not established: all three accounts held opposite positions on the same pair at once, as run; the manual describes an "NFA" setting that "will disable opening of possible opposite trades (no hedge) and apply FIFO rule", which we have not tested

Key Evaluation Criteria

  • ❌ No wipeout or near-wipeout: failed. The verified account the sales page displays went from $9,005.89 to $4.59 in one sequence (June 2026); the older FXOpen account from $17,756.13 to $8.88 (December 2024).
  • ❌ No grid, averaging, martingale or recovery strategy: failed. Same-direction trades added at worse prices with rising size on all three accounts.
  • ❌ Drawdown in line with the marketing: failed. "A reliable system for limiting drawdowns" against Myfxbook drawdowns of 99.99% and 99.96%.
  • ❌ Edge: profit factor not near 1.0 across a large sample: failed on the two losing accounts: 0.92 (656 trades) and 0.98 (1,109 trades), our calculation.
  • ⚠️ Third-party verified track record: one account verified (the sales-page account, about 17 months); the two longer records are not track-record verified.
  • ✅ Real-money record of 24+ months and 300+ trades: the FXOpen ForexTruck account: almost five years, 1,109 trades (real money; not track-record verified).
  • ➖ No loss held open beyond 90 days: no position open 90 days (longest 36.5); open-loss duration not measured.
  • ⚠️ Claims match the record: the drawdown, "small increase" and "continues to perform well" claims do not match; the withdrawal of the EURGBP balance does.

Suitability & Risks

What's Genuinely Positive

What the record does show

One account made money, and the seller's main account can be checked.

  • ✅The EURGBP account made $5,901.67 on $1,000 over two years and its balance was withdrawn.
  • ✅The account the sales page displays is Myfxbook track-record verified, so its record can be checked.
  • ✅The sales page describes the second block that adds trades with larger lots, rather than hiding it.
  • ✅Refund and licence terms are published.
Key Risks

What to watch

Every item is sourced to the seller's own accounts, pages, terms or manual.

  • ⚠️Averaging with rising size: each move against the trades is met with larger trades; one move that does not come back can take the account.
  • ⚠️Two of the three identified accounts ended within a few dollars of zero.
  • ⚠️Trade sizes reached 8.77 lots on an account of about $9,000, and 13.66 lots on one of about $17,750.
  • ⚠️The settings behind the published accounts are not stated; the manual recommends a "RiskLimit" of up to 30% and does not say what loss that allows.
  • ⚠️Swap (Myfxbook "Interest") cost −$3,303.57 on the verified account, −$2,251.17 on EURGBP and −$3,288.76 on the FXOpen ForexTruck account: positions held for weeks pay it every night.
  • ⚠️Refunds: within 30 days if the EA does not work and the vendor cannot fix it; a refund process above a 35% drawdown only on recommended settings with proof.
  • ⚠️Opposite positions at once on the published accounts: at US retail forex accounts this depends on the untested "NFA" setting.

Important Disclosures

Verification History
15 October 2026 — first published, Not Recommended. Figures read on 15 October 2026 from the three Myfxbook accounts the seller links and their complete closed-trade histories, forextruck.com and its terms, the ForexStore product page, FXOpen's notice, the user manual and Trustpilot. We do not edit published figures to track current values; we add dated entries here instead.
What would change this verdict. These are the conditions under which we would reassess Forex Truck:
  • A new live account on the sales page that shows Myfxbook's Track record verified badge for at least 24 months and 300 trades, with drawdown in line with what the page promises.
  • The vendor states which settings each published account ran, so the risk can be judged against a named configuration.
Either would trigger a fresh review, which could move it to Inconclusive. While the EA adds trades against the market with rising size, it cannot be Recommended under our criteria.
The 18 December 2024 closes. FXOpen announced in December 2024 that it would discontinue STP accounts on 20 December, and that open positions on accounts without a replacement ECN account would be closed "after 22:00 GMT on Friday 20th December" (notice). The losing trades on the FXOpen ForexTruck account closed on 18 December between 21:00 and 21:05, two days earlier. The trade history does not say whether the EA, the account holder or the broker closed them, and we do not suggest which. The trades were opened by the account's own sequence, and the loss is recorded either way.
The "PROFIT" entry. The verified account's history begins with an item on the symbol "PROFIT", Buy 0.10, open and close price zero, +$550.02 (31 January – 27 February 2025). Myfxbook counts it among the 657 trades. It is not a market trade, and we cannot tell from the history whether it is a credit, a transfer or something else. We exclude it from the trade count, win rate and profit factor above, and keep it in the change in balance.
The seller's own pages disagree with each other. On 15 October 2026 the ForexStore product page showed "Gain -99.9%" and "Drawdown 99.99%" in its header, while the review text further down the same page says the EA "managed to grow the deposit amount by %230.56", in a review written when "Live statistics of the Forex Truck EA starts 9 months ago in January 2020" (the account now listed as ForexTruck at FXOpen). The page's own FAQ says "The ForexTruck has been able to reach the profit level of -99.9%" and "keep the maximum fixed drawdown level of 99.99%", while the same review gives an "Automated ForexStore rating" of 9/10.
Independent reviews. The product's Trustpilot profile (forextruck.com, unclaimed) shows 2.2 from 9 reviews, eight of them one-star, dated January 2024 to May 2025 (read 15 October 2026). These are users' accounts, not facts we have verified, and they play no part in the verdict. We found no Forex Peace Army listing. One other review we found (TheForexGeek, May 2026) links to a purchase page, so we do not treat it as independent.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Forex Truck a scam?
We have seen no evidence of fraud and we do not call it one. The seller publishes real-money Myfxbook accounts, one of them track-record verified. Our concerns are specific: the EA adds trades against the market with sharply rising size, two of the three accounts we could identify ended within a few dollars of zero, and the sales page still promises "a reliable system for limiting drawdowns".
Why is Forex Truck rated Not Recommended?
Because the verified account its own sales page displays lost $9,001.30 of a $9,005.89 balance when a sequence of USDCAD sells and two GBPUSD buys closed on 23–24 June 2026, leaving $4.59. Our methodology treats a wipeout or near-wipeout as disqualifying, and the same averaging pattern appears on every account we read.
Does Forex Truck use martingale or a grid?
Not a strict martingale, because it does not double each time, but it is a martingale-style averaging system: when the price moves against it, it opens more trades in the same direction at worse prices with rising size. In June 2026 its USDCAD sells went from 0.17 and 0.10 lots up to 8.77. The sales page describes this as opening additional orders "with a small increase of lot sizes".
Is the Forex Truck record verified by Myfxbook?
One account is: the USDCAD/EURGBP/GBPUSD account on the sales page shows track record and trading privileges verified, and its verified record ends at $4.59. The EURGBP account and the older ForexTruck account show trading privileges verified but not track record verified.
Did any Forex Truck account make money?
Yes. The EURGBP account made $5,901.67 on a $1,000 deposit between November 2022 and December 2024, and its balance was withdrawn. It ran the same averaging pattern: its worst closed balance was 25.02% down, and Myfxbook recorded an 82.09% drawdown with trades still open.
What happened to the accounts at FXOpen?
FXOpen closed its STP accounts on 20 December 2024. The EURGBP account's balance was withdrawn. The older ForexTruck account lost $17,747.25 on 18 December 2024, two days before the broker's stated closing time, and holds $8.88. The history does not say who closed those trades.
Can I get my money back if Forex Truck loses?
There are two routes: within 30 days of purchase if the EA "doesn't work properly on your account, and we cannot do anything about it", and a refund process if your drawdown exceeds 35%, only if you used the recommended settings and can prove it. The terms do not say whether the second is limited to 30 days or how to claim. We read both as a refund of the licence fee, not trading losses.
Can I use Forex Truck with a US broker?
Not established. The published accounts held buy and sell trades on the same pair at once, which US retail forex accounts at NFA-member dealers cannot do. The user manual describes an "NFA" setting meant to stop this and apply the FIFO rule; we have not tested it.
